South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw locality team oversees and accounts for the delivery of services on behalf of the CCGs in – Barnsley, Bassetlaw, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield. This is to ensure that each individual CCG continues to meet its legal, financial and performance responsibilities and obligations.

 

 


Notification of change in hours for Bank Holidays 

Please see attached the notification form for the Bank holiday’s   Where possibly could you complete the form and let NHS England know what your plans are for the Bank Holiday’s as they publish the hours quite extensively, these are used for planning purposes and if you don’t inform us you will automatically be noted as closed.

Please note the additional information supplied on the notification form should you wish to alter your core or supplementary hours particularly over the Christmas and New Year period.

CD Destruction: Contact the local CCG medicines management to organise witnessing of destruction of “obsolete stock” of controlled drugs. Remember, for patient returned CDs, this can be done “in-house”.
