NHS digital e-Learning for Sponsors/Pin Ulockers
Many of the problems that users are experiencing are because they need to meet the technical requirements to view the courses. These are outlined below;
Recommended minimum browsers are recent versions of:
• Google Chrome,
• Mozilla Firefox,
• Safari (Safari 5 is not optimum for the system)
• Internet Explorer (IE8 is not optimum for the system. Whilst IE6 and IE7 are not recommended as the e-learning will most likely not work with them at all)
In addition to the above browser options, desktops should have the following installed/enabled:
• Flash Player 10 or later (http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash).
• JavaScript has to be enabled in order to launch e-learning modules.
Note: It is also recommended that course not be left unattended for a period of more than 10 minutes.
If computers meet these requirements and you are still experiencing problems, please send us screenshots of what you are seeing for us to investigate further.
