Clinical Waste in all Community Pharmacies and GP Practices in the Midlands Region

Anenta will handle all clinical waste queries for NHS England and NHS Improvement Midlands Region (excluding Covid waste) from all Community Pharmacies and GP sites.

Every pharmacy has an Anenta account from which issues can be raised with Anenta regarding service performance and or any requirement they may have with regards to waste management.

The best way for a pharmacy to report a missed collection or to ask for an ad hoc collection is by raising a ticket on Vector.  The Pharmacy can access their account by clicking on this link https://vector.anenta.com/o/locations/9421.

We urge all pharmacies to use the link to open a support ticket rather than calling Anenta directly to ensure a timely and traceable response that forms an audit trail.
