Pentasa Support Programme launch / Pharmacy Call to Action update from Area Team

This part of the meeting will focus on the Derbyshire / Nottinghamshire Call to Action response and a brief national update on what is happening with regard to the Pharmacy Call to Action.

Nottinghamshire LPC are working with Ferring Pharmaceuticals to implement a referral service to the Pentasa Support Programme.

This workshop is intended to provide a clinical refresher / update on ulcerative colitis and outline of how the programme will work. This is an exciting scheme providing the opportunity for pharmacy contractors to provide a higher level of patient care and support and be fairly funded to do so.
