CPCS Self Care 20.11.19

The Community Pharmacy Consultation Service (CPCS) is the central part of the new five year contract settlement and goes live at the end of October 2019. It is vitally important for the future success of community pharmacy that we implement and deliver this well. If pharmacies sign up to deliver the service before December 1st 2019 they will receive a £900 set up fee.

To help pharmacists and technicians succeed at the CPCS  Nottinghamshire LPC is holding a workshop on 20th November 2019 at the LPC Office. Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians who attend the workshop will;

• Understand what the Community Pharmacy Consultation Service
• Understand the process for delivering the service for urgent medicines and  low acuity conditions
• Plan how they will involve the pharmacy team in delivering the service, and
• Plan the next steps for getting ready to deliver the service

Food will be available from 6.45pm and the workshop will start promptly at 7.15pm.
