The AGM will be held on Wednesday 17th September 2025 at 12pm @ LPC Office, Suite E, Cotgrave Business Hub, Candleby Lane, Cotgrave, NG12 3US (during the committee meeting) and via Teams.
Contractors are welcome to join the AGM to discuss the past year with LPC members and agree the yearly accounts (this can also be done by sending in a voting form).
Gordon Heeley, Treasurer, will also run through the treasurer report and LPC accounts.
Nick Hunter, Chief Officer and Rob Severn, Chair, will update on the current work projects
