A quick introduction to NottsPharmCast

Nick Hunter

With experience working as a pharmacist in community pharmacy for Boots UK and Lloyds Pharmacy as well as within the primary care network, Nick is one of the UK’s most well-respected pharmacy industry figures. As chief officer of both Community Pharmacy Nottinghamshire and Community Pharmacy Derbyshire, Nick is a go-to contact for contractors and healthcare stakeholders alike thanks to his unwavering commitment to upholding the value of community pharmacy as a key player in primary healthcare and improving patient care.

 

Mike Jones

Mike began his pharmacy career as a graduate pharmacist with Boots UK. Thanks to his outstanding clinical knowledge and people skills, he progressed through a number of senior roles in store, regional pharmacy and area management as well as business development and chose to shift to a consultancy role a few years ago. As services implementation lead for Community Pharmacy Nottinghamshire, Mike plays a truly active part in supporting contractors to excel and succeed by implementing the very best service they possibly can.

Rob Severn

As chair of Community Pharmacy Nottinghamshire, LPC Support Manager at the Company Chemists’ Association and part-time pharmacist for Rowlands Pharmacy in Warsop, Rob is a firm advocate of community pharmacy. He has vast management experience of the pharmacy industry and is highly skilled in pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical care, coaching, retail and store management. His professionalism and dedication to community pharmacy are evident in everything he undertakes from representing the industry on a national level by engaging with senior government officials to providing his patients with exceptional healthcare in their local communities.
